This project was an installation of a 60kW photovoltaic system placed on the roof of a Bank of America branch in Redlands, California. DL Energy used over 350 Mitsubishi 165 watt modules, covering over 10,000 square feet of roof space and they were paired with two Xantrex PV30 inverters with 30kW capacity each. A SunRoof mounting system was used with minimal tilt to meet the local building code since the branch had a low parapet wall of approximately six inches. The building’s mechanical room was used to house the rest of the solar system equipment including the inverters, transformers and disconnects.

DL Energy installed a 21 kW photovoltaic system at our parent company’s corporate headquarters in Valencia, California. This system offset approximately half of their usable load prior to any energy efficiency measures. Summer Systems will also be adding several efficiency features to their office building including day lighting fixtures to further reduce their energy usage.
